Addiction Outreach Clinic (AOC) provides a unique outpatient, heroin rehab treatment program that includes medication-assisted treatment with one monthly behavioral counseling session to support our patients’ recovery efforts and help them get their lives back.
AOC’s heroin addiction treatment program offers:
Our team of physicians and counselors work together to develop a results-driven treatment plan that is appropriate, effective, and individualized to our patient’s needs. Medications prescribed as part of AOC’s treatment program contain buprenorphine/naloxon and are commonly known as Suboxone®, Zubsolv® and Bunavail®. When taken daily, buprenorphine helps to eliminate the cravings and withdrawal symptoms that keep people addicted.
Our physician team includes board-certified addictionologists at no additional fee. Patients who have been prescribed, and are currently taking a controlled medication, are required by law to see an addictionologist.
AOC’s heroin rehab treatment program is unique by offering an outpatient setting, proven medication to prevent withdrawals and only one required monthly counseling session. Our convenient and results-driven individualized treatment program enables patients to go about their lives, work, and be with their families during the recovery process.
We pride ourselves on providing a professional, caring and safe environment, which ensures the best possible outcome for our patients. AOC has guided thousands of patients in Ohio and Pennsylvania along the path of heroin addiction recovery.
AOC accepts cash, personal checks, credit cards and money orders for payment. Insurance is not accepted for AOC’s treatment program, however, most insurance plans will cover the cost of prescribed medication.
AOC carefully guides each patient through an individualized heroin rehab treatment program to end their dependence on opioids, which requires the patient to strictly adhere to all steps of the process.
A heroin rehab treatment program has a much greater chance of success if a patient’s family and friends understand what the patient is going through and is supportive of these efforts. While not required, counseling for family or friends can offer additional support. We have counseling resources that we can discuss as part of the initial treatment and during follow-up sessions.
Whether treatment is for you, a family member or a friend, we are happy to speak with you about our heroin rehab treatment program. Please read more about AOC, or call us at 330-259-4849, or email to schedule an appointment – it’s fast, easy and completely confidential.
