Oxy Addiction Treatment

Addiction Outreach Clinic (AOC) provides a unique outpatient, oxy addiction treatment program that includes medication-assisted treatment with a monthly behavioral counseling session to support our patients’ recovery efforts and help them get their lives back.

AOC’s oxycontin and oxycodine addition treatment program offers:

  • Fast and flexible appointment scheduling
  • Convenient outpatient setting
  • Individualized patient treatment program
  • Specialized team of physicians, addictionologists and counselors
  • Prescribed Buprenorphine/Naloxone medication (prevents withdrawal symptoms)
  • One visit per month – medical assessment, urine drug screen and counseling session
  • Eight locations in OH and PA

Our team of physicians and counselors work together to develop a results-driven treatment plan that is appropriate, effective, and individualized to our patient’s needs. Medications prescribed as part of AOC’s treatment program contain buprenorphine/naloxon and are commonly known as Suboxone®, Zubsolv® and Bunavail®. When taken daily, buprenorphine helps to eliminate the cravings and withdrawal symptoms that keep people addicted.

Our physician team includes board-certified addictionologists at no additional fee. Patients who have been prescribed, and are currently taking a controlled medication, are required by law to see an addictionologist.

AOC’s oxy addiction treatment program is unique by offering an outpatient setting, proven medication to prevent withdrawals and only one required monthly counseling session.  Our convenient and results-driven individualized treatment program enables patients to go about their lives, work, and be with their families during the recovery process.

We pride ourselves on providing a professional, caring and safe environment, which ensures the best possible outcome for our patients. AOC has guided thousands of patients in Ohio and Pennsylvania along the path of oxy addiction recovery.

Payment

AOC accepts cash, personal checks, credit cards and money orders for payment. Insurance is not accepted for AOC’s treatment program, however, most insurance plans will cover the cost of prescribed medication.

Program Requirements

AOC carefully guides each patient through an individualized oxy addiction treatment program to end their dependence on opioids, which requires the patient to strictly adhere to all steps of the process.

  • Patient must be in mild-to-moderate opioid drug withdrawal (5 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the worst) before initial appointment at AOC
  • Patient must refrain from heroin use for at least 12-24 hours prior to initial appointment at AOC
  • Patient must refrain from ingesting pain pills for at least 24 hours prior to initial appointment at AOC
  • Patient must refrain from using non-prescribed or “street” buprenorphine (Suboxone®) for at least 24-36 hours prior to initial appointment at AOC

Family and Friends Counseling

An oxy addiction treatment program has a much greater chance of success if a patient’s family and friends understand what the patient is going through and is supportive of these efforts. While not required, counseling for family or friends can offer additional support. We have counseling resources that we can discuss as part of the initial treatment and during follow-up sessions.

Whether treatment is for you, a family member or a friend, we are happy to speak with you about our opioid addiction treatment program. Please read more about AOC, or call us at 330-259-4849, or email to schedule an appointment – it’s fast, easy and completely confidential.
